A nineteenth-century English poet; one of the leading figures of romanticism. His poems include “Daffodils” (which begins with the words “I wandered lonely as a cloud”), “The World Is Too Much with Us,” “Ode: Intimations of Immortality from Recollections of Early Childhood,” and “The Prelude.”
